A fully equipped kitchenette (fridge with freezer – microwave – kettle – dishes – cooker – coffee corner). Dining table. Outdoor seating area. Private BBQ area inside the villa. Policies: Villas are strictly for married couples only. Children are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Pets of all kinds are not allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Shared areas: The resort’s beachfront façade with direct sea view. Calm and elegant outdoor lighting throughout the resort. Deductions from the Security Deposit
Deductions from the security deposit will be applied only in the following cases:
1️⃣ Damages resulting from lack of cleanliness
Failure to maintain the resort’s cleanliness or leaving waste that requires deep cleaning or causes damage.
2️⃣ Throwing any items into the swimming pool or causing damage to it
Including any materials, food, drinks, or objects.
3️⃣ Smoking or using charcoal inside the villa
Including discarding cigarette butts anywhere in the resort.
4️⃣ Lighting candles inside the villa
As smoke or heat can cause damage to furniture and surfaces.
5️⃣ Placing flowers on the bed sheets
A deduction of 20 KWD will apply due to staining.
6️⃣ Damaging resort towels
A deduction of 7.5 KWD per damaged towel (such as using them for tanning).
7️⃣ Damaging or moving furniture in a way that causes harm
Includes any damage to indoor or outdoor furniture.
8️⃣ Sitting on furniture while wearing tanning cream
Causing stains or visible damage to sofas or seating.
9️⃣ Entering the pool before washing off tanning cream
If it causes contamination or damage to the pool filters or water.
🔟 Any general damage within the villa or facilities
Including broken items, damaged appliances, or misuse.
