Checking In
When
checking in for the reservation, the person mentioned in the reservation agrees
that he is above 21 years old at the time of receiving the chalet.
The
purpose of the second party renting the leased property is to use it for
families only, and it is strictly forbidden for young boys/men only to enter
and in case the second party violates this, the first party may prevent him
from entering the rented unit, while not being entitled to recover the amount
paid, as well as not being entitled to recover the insurance value.
This
contract shall enter into force from the date of checking in to the date of
checking out, and the leased property shall be received from the hour
Check in around 10:00 am. Check out around 2:00 pm.
Checking Out
The
check-out from the chalet is at 2:00 in the afternoon. In the event of a delay
in leaving, the renter will bear a fine of 25 KD for each hour spent by the
lessee, provided that it is deducted from the security deposit.
Upon
expiry of the lease contract, the tenant is obligated to hand over the property
to the owner with its constructions, decorations, equipment, etc. without
referring to the lessor for any compensation
The second party (the lessee) acknowledges that he has inspected the leased premises and agrees to rent it in its current condition and all its contents of electrical appliances, bedrooms and kitchen utensils, and acknowledges that it is usable for the purpose for which it was rented, and the second party acknowledges that he received the swimming pool clean before entering the chalet.
Prepayment, Cancellation, No Show and Detailed Terms
If
the second party (the lessee) vacates the leased property before the expiry of
the contract term, he/she is obligated to pay the prescribed rent for the
entire term of the contract.
The
second party (the lessee) acknowledges that in the event of cancellation of the
reservation one week before the date of the contract entry into force, a
deduction will be made 50% of the amount owed to the first party, in case of
cancellation 2 weeks before the date of entry 30% will be deducted from the
amount owed to the first party.
The
second party (the lessee) acknowledges that in the event of paying with the
deposit feature and the amount is not completed on the date of payment date,
the full amount 100% of the deposit will be deducted.
The second party (the lessee) responsible to inform the first party in the event that there are malfunctions or failure in the health or electrical devices so that the company can fix and repair and not to held the lessee responsible for the failure of any devices.
Terms and Conditions
It
is not permissible for the second party (the lessee) to place any prohibitions,
combustible materials, or any things that are harmful to the safety of the eye
or health. The materials used in the decoration must be non-combustible
materials approved by the extinguishing system. The lessee is responsible to
the lessor for every fire that occurs in the leased premises. Whatever its cause, the First Party shall not
bear any responsibility towards third parties for any occurrence of the leased
property or its contents.
The
lessee may not accompany any kind of animals or birds, whether they are pets or
non-pets, inside the rented premises and in any of the rooms or external spaces
belonging to it.
The
lessee is obligated not to hold parties or gatherings that exceed the size of
the leased property
The
lessee is obligated to maintain the neighbourhood and not disturb the rest of
the lessees in the property and undertakes to maintain the cleanliness and
safety of the property and the leased property and is responsible for every
damage that occurs as a result of his actions or his followers.
The
second party (the lessee) is solely responsible in the event of accidents or
injuries occurring inside, from, or because of the swimming pool, or death God
forbid, within the limits of the rented property, and the owner disclaims his
full responsibility.
Everything
that is not mentioned in a special provision in this contract shall be subject
to the provisions of Law No. 35 of 1987 in
The
matter of renting real estate and its amendments. The rental courts in Kuwait
are also competent to hear any dispute about this contract.
In the event that the second party violates any of the terms of this contract, the contract shall be considered rescinded on its own, and accordingly the first party has the right to vacate it without the need for any warnings.
Insurance
The
second party (the beneficiary) pays to the first party (Shalayhna) the amount
mentioned in the payment invoice when this contract is drawn up as a deposit.
This insurance is not returned until the expiry of the term of this contract, provided
that the amount corresponding to the repair of any damage formed in the eye
upon the end of the contract is deducted.
In advance, before entering the property, this contract is not
considered valid until the rent has been paid according to an invoice issued by
the first party to the second party.
The
lessee is obligated to pay the insurance amount, and it is refunded at the end
of the period within forty-eight hours to 14 days on the account of the
customer's bank, provided that the equivalent of repairing the damages that
occurred in the eye due to the second party while he was in the eye is
deducted.
